Generally, the event consists of two stages: preparation and ritual.
During preparation stage you will go through
– relaxation
– cleansing through guided energetic breathing
– active meditation e.g. purifying and energizing bodywork that may include dancing or OSHO’s active meditation or similar
– guided integration with
– DNA activation induced and conducted by Kumu Obi
This phase itself has very beneficial effect on health and overall well-being due to intense energetic and spiritual purification and empowering techniques applied.
In the ritual phase Kumu Obi will guide your spirit into world of spirits and different dimensions of existence. You will have your own experience. On this journey Kumu Obi will accompany you, providing protection and assistance both for your soul and other beings and intelligences involved in the process. Your body will be safe.
In the end, there will be time and guidance for proper grounding and a chance to communicate, tell of your experience – which is recommended because it helps in integration, but you don’t have to speak of your personal process.

There will be breaks for basic needs – toilette and refreshment/hydration.
