day (date) and time of your choice to receive healing (you will need to be still, preferably laying on your back or sitting, at least for 20 minutes)
your desired state, goal or wish (picture of you in a good, healthy, happy state can help us – send it to info@svealife.se)
After the treatment you can continue with your regular activities, however we suggest that you sleep (therefore chose bedtime to receive healing, or even night time when it is probable that you are already sleeping) or do some kind of beneficial (spiritual) routine.
