Basic anatomy + chakra system
Experience: opening of heart chakra
Reiki Initiation
Reiki praxis: opening and closing a treatment,
cleansing of aura, proper hand positions and sequence in self-treatment
Your 1st Reiki self-treatment

Typically each day starts at 10h.
Included are lunch and refreshment meal per day in this package.
