Description
Yoga is very important part of our everyday routine. We practice and teach true authentic Yoga according to original system Yoga In Daily Life®.
We are disciples of His Holiness Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwarananda
and we respect our spiritual lineage.
We don’t have regular groups doing yoga at the moment. Therefore, if you join us for a yoga class, you will be doing it with us (SveaLife residents), maybe with some guest(s) in a retreat, or maybe you will actually have your own private yoga class, just you and your instructor. Of course, you can arrange a session together with your partner or friend(s).
Each class lasts 1.30h (up to 2h if meditation lasts longer) and will be adjusted to your abilities, requirements and interests, still according to the scientific Yoga In Daly Life® system.
Remember that beside purchasing you still have to schedule it, book and reserve your place.
Choose a day and time. Mind that program differs in the morning and in the evening:

- 10:30h morning Yoga sarva hita asanas – good for everyone ((includes pranayama and self-inquiry meditation)
- 17:30h kriya Yoga (includes pranayama and meditation)
To ensure proper benefits for your well-being, advancement in yoga and overall development it is recommended to have two classes in a week, separated with a day or two (for example Mon+Wed or Mon+Thu or Mon+Fri or Tue+Thu or Tue+Fri). Of course, while also practicing what you have learned and can implement correctly by yourself, at home, every day.
