We exchange information (knowledge) and energy with you. You exchange with us by giving your money as the equivalent for what you receive from us. You are welcome to bring gifts and offerings. You are welcome to thank us. You are welcome to praise and promote our work in public.
Mind that the source of Light, Love and Life is infinite. All is there for you.
Also mind that, according to laws of Universe (but also known in our physics) the amount of energy in the system remains constant. What does this mean, why is it significant? Well, simply put: you can get only as much and only the same amount as you give. You give zero, you get zero. The more you give, the more you get. We give energy, knowledge, Love… Life. You give what you have to offer.
Once the exchange has happened, it cannot be undone. Therefore we don’t return your money and your gifts, as well as we can’t return your pains, miseries, sorrows, toxins, poisons, disappointments, misconclusions, mistakes… the darkness of ignorance too. Therefore we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. It simply cannot be done, the return. As they say:
To be eligible for a return, your item (you) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Prior to exchange, in case of cancelation, we refund fully. Assuming your cancelation was on time.
However, if you miss to cancel in proper time your appointment or retreat or whatever you have booked, there will be no refund even if exchange never happened. That is to compensate for the time and preparation activities (read: energy) we have invested for you, because of you.
Try to avoid such scenario. Not only you are burdening yourself demonstrating such disrespect toward holy people dedicated to well being of others and Life, but you are also sabotaging somebody else, preventing somebody else (who is God’s creation too) to heal, to develop, to improve her or his overall well-being, happiness, prosperity, joy… That would be bad bad karma.
